What languages are available?
Jamma Jango™ currently offers Spanish and Mandarin Chinese. Sign up for our newsletters on www.jammajango.com to be notified when more languages become available.
What is the target age for this program?
Jamma Jango's target audience is 0-7 years old; babies, toddlers, and young children can all benefit from this program. Jamma Jango™ is an ideal introduction to Spanish, Chinese, or English for young children. Older aged children and parents can also use this program to learn Spanish, Chinese, or English.
Studies have shown that the more involved parents can be in their child’s learning, the more likely the child will excel in academics and have better social skills. Jamma Jango™ is designed to engage both the parent and child to enjoy the program together. We provide a great way to connect parents, grandparents, and/or caretakers with their kids. We designed this program for everyone!
It doesn't matter if you're a first time learner or have learned Spanish/Chinese before, Jamma Jango™ is perfect for the whole family!
Are the cartoons spoken only in ONE language?
No, Jamma Jango™ cartoons are spoken in TWO languages. Jamma Jango™ teaches English and the second language simultaneously using a dual language method. This method is commonly used in multi-lingual homes and helps viewers to learn and comprehend a new language more quickly and effectively.
Other language programs emphasize full language immersion, which can make it difficult for parents to decipher what is being taught to their child. Jamma Jango™ cartoons are conducted in both English and the second language. This helps parents readily understand the cartoon’s content and include parents in their child’s language education. The more involved parents can be in their child's learning, the more likely they will master the new language. Not only can kids learn a second language, but also non-English speakers can learn English!

How do the cartoon videos, vocabulary cards, and activities work together?
Jamma Jango™ is specifically designed for parents/caretakers to work together with their children, under the age of seven, to learn a second language. We encourage you and your child to watch the videos first. After viewing the videos, you and your child can review the vocabulary cards, as well as, play the activities provided in your box to help practice and strengthen what they’ve learned.
How do I know if my child will like Jamma Jango™ cartoons?
Check out our Jamma Jango™ YouTube channel HERE for samples of our cartoons to determine if they are a good fit for your child.
- Each cartoon episode will highlight common words from everyday situations.
- We encourage you and your child to repeat the key words out loud throughout the cartoon.
- Our cartoons not only teach language but also touch on topics of politeness, empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.

ORDERING AND RETURN POLICY
What is your return policy?
Please e-mail us at contact@jammajango.com (if clicking this doesn't open your email client, copy and paste in to your email), if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason.
REGARDING BOX KIT ORDERS (WITHOUT DIGITAL DOWNLOADS):
New and unopened/unused items purchased online domestically are eligible for a full refund within 10 days of receipt. Jamma Jango must be notified within 10 days of the delivery in order to receive a return authorization number and all items must be unopened and unused.
All shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless, the item has been damaged before or during delivery or there has been some other mistake by our account. We cannot and will not take responsibility for items returned to us without us being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you cannot trace the package.
REGARDING BOX KIT ORDERS WITH DIGITAL DOWNLOADS:
If you have not yet downloaded your files, you may return Jamma Jango digital downloads for a full refund within 10 days of your date of purchase.
If you have already downloaded your files, we do not accept any returns.
Do you accept exchanges?
We do not accept any product exchanges.
Can I order Jamma Jango™ as a gift?
Yes, a Jamma Jango language box is a wonderful gift. When you place your order, you can include a personalized gift message in the Comments section of the Checkout page that will be included in your purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Do you charge sales tax?
We charge sales tax for boxes sent to addresses within TX. Taxes will be calculated at checkout.
Can I purchase Jamma Jango™ products in a retail store?
Currently, Jamma Jango™ boxes are only available for purchase through our website. Occasionally, we will host pop-up events or sell Jamma Jango™ at special events. Please sign up for our newsletters and follow our Facebook page here to be notified of upcoming events.
Can I apply more than one coupon code to my order?
No, only one coupon code can be applied to each order. Coupon code(s) cannot be combined with any other offers and/or applied retroactively to previously placed orders.
SHIPPING
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping anywhere in the domestic U.S. is free.
Do you offer Express Shipping?
We currently do not offer Express Shipping.
Can I order a Jamma Jango™ box to be delivered outside the United States?
We currently do not deliver Jamma Jango™ boxes outside the United States.
How can I track my box?
All in-stock purchases will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of order. Once your box is on its way, we will send you a notification e-mail with a tracking number. Be sure to mark contact@jammajango.com as a valid sender to ensure our notification e-mails are not sent to your Spam folder.
