Refund Policy

Please email us at contact@jammajango.com if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason. We’ll be happy to work with you regarding our language learning programs.

REGARDING BOX KIT ORDERS (WITHOUT DIGITAL DOWNLOADS):

New and unopened/unused items purchased online domestically are eligible for a full refund within 10 days of the receipt. Jamma Jango must be notified within 10 days of the delivery in order to receive a return authorization number, and all items from your language learning program purchase must be unopened and unused.

All shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item has been damaged before or during delivery or there has been some other mistake by our account. We cannot and will not take responsibility for items returned to us without us being notified first. We are not responsible for items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you cannot trace the package.

REGARDING ORDERS WITH DIGITAL DOWNLOADS:

If you have not yet downloaded your files from your purchase of our language learning programs, then you may return Jamma Jango digital downloads for a full refund within 10 days of your date of purchase.

If you have already downloaded your files, we do not accept any returns.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept any product exchanges at this time. If you purchased a program to teach kids Spanish, for example, and wish to exchange it for games to learn Chinese, we will not go through with the exchange.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you accidentally made a purchase on Jamma Jango's website, please email the Jamma Jango Customer Care team immediately at contact@jammajango.com to cancel your order. We will do our best to cancel the order before the product is shipped.

PRE-ORDER POLICY

WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?

A pre-order is an order you can make for a new language learning program before it is in stock and available for delivery.

AM I GUARANTEED TO GET AN ITEM IN THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE

No. When an item is available for pre-order, the arrival date is an estimate. Generally speaking, the estimated arrival date is accurate and we will contact you as soon as possible if there are any delays in delivery. However, our language learning apps for kids may take longer to send to you than anticipated.

DO YOU CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE OR WHEN THE ITEM SHIPS? 

For pre-order and in-stock items, you will be charged at checkout to guarantee the purchase of your item.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY A PRE-ORDER?

You may cancel your pre-order any time before your box is shipped. Once your box is available and ready to ship, we will send you a notification email with a tracking number. If you would like to cancel your order prior to shipment, please email us at contact@jammajango.com.

WHAT IF I ORDER MULTIPLE ITEMS, CAN I COMBINE IN-STOCK AND PRE-ORDER ITEMS? 

Yes. You may combine in-stock and pre-order items. We will deliver the in-stock items and pre-order items separately so you can get your language learning games and programs as soon as possible.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I PLACE A PRE-ORDER FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS THAT ARE SCHEDULED TO ARRIVE AT DIFFERENT DATES?

You'll be charged for all the items at checkout and we will deliver them as soon as they arrive in stock.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP OUT MY PRE-ORDER ONCE AN ITEM IS RECEIVED?  

We begin filling pre-orders the day we receive the items. We process and ship orders seven days a week, so in most instances you can expect to receive your shipping notification in 1-3 business days.
